progression of my poster: 

 I used the magic wand to select Alex then I inverted the image by clicking on select then selecting the invert tool after I inverted the image I dragged the cut out of Alex to the main poster image as we can see in picture two.

 next, I selected the image and placed it in the corner of the poster which leaves me a lot of space to add the title of the film 'Locked In'.c

I have added a text layer behind the layer that has Alex on it so the text partially goes behind his head, I clicked on the text tool and added the title.
